How true is this?

Now that we are in winter lets think about this.

We loose motivation in winter and this is when me need to get motivated to stay fit all year around.

How can we do this?

Now that we have zoom classes we can stay home on those crazy winter nights and still get our class in.

We have so many options. Grab a coat and a hat and we can still walk. Winter walks are fabulous as long as you are prepared.

Exercising our mind, body and our spirit is a lifestyle, so summer bodies are made in winter for all year health and fitness.
