I first heard this song in 1999 by Batchelor girl.

Give yourself permission to shine was such a powerful lyric and I felt like this message was for me at the time.

I decided that this was my song.

At the time I was completely going out of my comfort zone.

• starting our own business. WAM personal training.

• preparing and training for my last competition in natural body building.

• 3 teenage daughters and juggling everything that goes with family life.

Music and songs can take you right back to times, amazing moments and memories. I still use this title to motivate and encourage me on my path 22 years later.
