As I sit and wait for our flight at JFK International airport in New York, I am reflecting on a wonderful holiday and how many beautiful experiences we have had in the past 3 weeks.
We have been truly blessed to travel, to date, 29 countries of the world. This includes many places numerous times.
We have also travelled every state of Australia and both islands of New Zealand.
Almost all of the travel overseas has been from the age of 40 onwards.
I travelled to both islands of New Zealand when I was 18 and then my next holiday outside Australia was Bali with my family for my 40th birthday.
I have so many highlights over so many holidays.

I feel my life is experiences and living my life to the fullest.
We have explored Australia the most.
Spending a lot of holidays in Queensland and New South Wales.
4 extensive holidays to Western Australia and still we have so much more to see.
Tasmania is also a great love, having explored it over 5 holidays.
Even our very own state of Victoria. We love The Great Ocean Road and Phillip Island particularly.
Travelled to a lot of regional particularly Ballarat, Bendigo and Warnambool.
So much to see in our beautiful country and on our own doorstep.
Wherever I go in the world, I always get to this point of sitting at the airport, when I am ready to go home.
I love my home and my routine. I miss my family and it is sometimes the little things but home is home and I would not live anywhere else.
