by Kim McMillen
I have probably owned this book for at least 15 years.
Described as a collection of wisdom that is startling in its simplicity.
Also described as a book to help yourself to love yourself and this is the key to loving others and having others love you.
When I loved myself enough literally takes you less than half an our to read.
Most pages have only 1 or 2 sentences on them.
The meaning that we put on those 1 or 2 sentences is where the magic happens.
Sometimes I will just open a page and relate to what the writer means so much.
Today I opened the book and the page that I opened said:
When I loved myself enough
I gave up perfectionism - that killer of joy.
I love this book and would recommend it to everyone.
