WHY IS YOGA GREAT FOR KIDS.

I AM LAUNCHING AN 8 WEEK PROGRAM

FOR KIDS YOGA.



THESE CLASSES WILL BE ONLINE AND PRE RECORDED. THE BENEFIT OF ONLINE AND PRE RECORDED IS THAT THESE LINKS CAN BE USED AT ANY TIME.


How will it work?


Each week I will send a link for a 40 minute kids yoga class for a 8 week period.

These links will not expire.

This 8 week program will form a program that can be repeated over and over.


Why is this program important for kids?

My program is educational.

I explain and educate the children while they do yoga.


I teach children about their bodies and many, many skills including:


Deep breathing techniques

relaxing techniques

good concentration skills

learning to respect their bodies

learning to accept themselves.

learning to respect others.

learning to be able to cope with stress.

learning that our bodies are all different and yoga is not a competitive sport.

Learning to have self awareness of their bodies


I have been n the fitness industry for nearly 30 years and have taught people of all ages about fitness.

I love teaching children and I love to educate.

I feel it is a really important time to introduce children to yoga.

My program is perfect for children from 8 - 12 years old. If children are younger or older my program is also very beneficial.


I am launching my kids yoga program on the 1st September in time for Spring.



My program is for 8 weeks and my program will be $80.00.
Fantastic value for 8 classes.
I have attached a very small taste of a class that I presented during the last lockdown to a grade 5 class.
